Send Me An AngelJeremy sighed deeply as a cold wind blew across his already frozen features. He had been like this for as long as any one person could remember; but why did it have to be this way? Why couldn't he just live a normal life of solitude, in safety? What had he ever done that was so wrong that he couldn't start again? Was he just that messed up that nobody wanted him, or even liked him enough to pay for the damages that he had done? His parents hadn't even visited him in prison, and it turns out that they had fled the country because they were so ashamed of their only son's mistakes. The TruthWhat does it matter?  
What does any of this matter?  The only thing in life that is promised to us is death,  
but I know deep down in my heart that I will make the best of this one chance that I have been given to prove myself, if there is indeed a much larger, stronger being than myself.  
If there is to be a marvel that has been promised to me,  and to the rest of modern society as well.  
 
The answer is vast.  
And some do not achieve a single award,  
or praise,  
in their lifetime's.  
 
Some do not even hear a simple,  
"good job."  Or,  "you're good."  
 The Truth

TensionStill depressed of recent deaths,  
the end nowhere in sight.  
To kill a man,  hand-to-hand,  would bring more good than right. (More fact than fiction.)   
Momentarily there is no cure.  
Beast or man,  still unsure.  
(I know for a fact.)   
Turning blindly to the side,  what goes up will surely die.  Tell me that we have more time,  
although t I know that my redemption is a crime.  
 
The ambiguity as you have seen,  
has set a spark of tension.  
Although you'll notice,  it's not bogus.  I now have my cause for redemption.

Alright, here goes. I'm a Freshman in a medium-sized town/city. I've been on DevArt before, but this is my place for all of my literature, because I've accepted that I'm a terrible artist.

I aspire to become a writer, and a musician. Right now I believe that I'm going to go to college for literature, and I can't decide between Egyptology and Criminal Justice. Pretty much I'm having difficulty figuring out if I want to be an archeologist or a cop.

On Fanfiction I am;

Leviathan's Dirge (Middle School stuff)

Driven Into Oblivion (High School Obviously)

The reason being is that my writing style has changed drastically in the past few months, and I've become sick of what my older stuff sounded like. A change of pace is nice.
